Ever since Goes Cube replaced its drum machine with human drummer Kenny Appell in December, 2005, "Goes Cube may have become our favorite underground locals. They're definitely our loudest," says Stereogum. With their "Machine gun double-bass assault" and "larynx shredding vocals" (again, Stereogum), Goes Cube's "live show will make your brain shake, your body move and your soul scream" (Gothamist).

Fresh out of the studio with producer Dean Baltulonis (of Foreign Islands), Goes Cube now has a limited edition 7-song CD-EP called "Beckon the Dagger God." David Obuchowski provides a "deafening blend of shrieking emotion, [and] aggressive guitar," while Matthew Frey supplies "earth-shaking bass" (The Chortler). This "raucous Brooklyn trio" (New York Magazine) "does indie-RAWK the way it should be" (Prefix Magazine).
